1. Eligibility to Join

  • You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account.
  • You must agree to these Terms and any additional policies published on the platform.

2. Content Submission

  • You retain ownership of your original content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform and related services.
  • You agree not to upload any content that is:

3. Monetization Eligibility

    • Comply with all platform policies, especially the Monetization Policy.
    • Provide necessary payment and tax information once approved.

Eligibility and participation are subject to review and may be revoked at any time.

4. Revenue Sharing

  • Approved content creators will earn a percentage of revenue from advertisements, sponsorships, or other monetization streams related to their content.
  • The revenue share model is subject to change, with notice provided.
  • Payments will be made monthly (or as specified), provided you meet the minimum payout threshold and have no outstanding violations.

5. Content Usage and Platform Rights

  • By uploading, you grant us permission to:
    • Use your content in promotions or compilations
    • Feature your profile or content in advertising or discovery feeds
    • Apply platform branding or watermarks, if applicable

6. Termination and Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform, content, or monetization if:
    • You breach these Terms or platform policies
    • Your content harms the platform’s reputation or violates legal obligations
  • You may delete your account and content at any time, though some content may persist for technical or legal reasons.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

  • We make no guarantees regarding earnings, exposure, or platform uptime.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or monetization tools.
  • You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, or liabilities related to your content or actions on the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.

9. Governing Law
